The latest versions of the Shopsy software solution are available to users on the web portal moj.shopsy.si. For anyone who wants to register and try the Shopsy solution for free, you can do so here.

Shopsy version 2.1.1.0

Management online (web):

  • The reports "Summary of sales at the cash register (invoices)" and "Summary of sales at the cash register by days" are supplemented by taking into account the "Balance" document.
  • The report "Summary of sales at the cash register (invoices)" is supplemented by a separate display of data for goods and services in the section Summary of sales by tax rates.

Shopsy Office Business Management Program

  • User rights setting is introduced. Functionality only applies to Shopsy management.
  • It is possible to print out the "Inventory correction" document.
  • Shopsy management has a built-in info bar to alert you about inventory in progress.
  • Shopsy management has a built-in block to start the annual inventory if there is unvalued traffic (so-called "minus sales").
  • Automatic e-mail filling from a contact or client is supported when sending documents to e-mail. Functionality only works in Shopsy management.
  • The "Information record of issued invoices" report is supported, with a data structure similar to the former "Book of issued invoices". The data in the report is displayed only for sales documents created in the My Shopsy application (the report does not include data such as self-taxation on imports and the like).
  • The reports "Summary of sales at the cash register (invoices)" and "Summary of sales at the cash register by days" are supplemented by taking into account the "Balance" document.

Windows, Android and iOS mini tax office:

  • In the hotkeys settings, you can choose the option to add a button with a shortcut to an individual plugin.
  • Changing the tax group on the document and on the item is supported. The user can change the tax group during the creation of the cash receipt (for example, in the case of sales with assembly).
  • The order of the menu options of the main menu has been changed, and the data is now sorted according to the frequency of use.

Plugins:

  • If you have managed your inventory in Excel until now, you will not have any problems importing it to the Shopsy platform. A plugin for importing items into a document from Excel is supported.
  • A plug-in for connecting the Shopsy cash register with the Libela G30 scale is supported. The function only works on the Windows cash register and on the condition that a program with the same data format is installed on the scale.
  • A plugin is supported for transferring cash registers (documents from cash registers) and issued invoices (Invoice document from Shopsy management) to Minimax finances. Downloading is done via Minimax APIs.

General:

  • The Import/Export service has been discontinued and replaced by an API (access to Shopsy data from external applications).
